  • What position do you play?

    Players play.

    Cheerleaders cheer.

    Spectators spectate.

Everyone can play the game so why are you sitting on the sidelines? Play before the game retires you.

  • Mental Beep test

Ambition met with distraction is a mental beep test. How long before I quit and give in?

Some days are longer than others but remember, the sun always comes back tomorrow.

  • Bad days

Keep running from bad days and they’ll catch up to you. There’s a reason for everything and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, keep looking. Good or bad, the day melts away eventually.

  • Calluses

Are one sign of experience. From digital resumes to your hands, our experiences demonstrate growth. Don’t be scared of a little callus.

  • Dallas Inc
Accountability starts with you. The dominos that need to fall will, but first, you need to push them.
  • What is Happiness?
Is it a feeling you feel? I don’t think happiness can be treated as a fleeting moment. Amidst the effort needed to be happy, you don’t magically find it, it develops. Simply put, happiness is a state of mind, not a fluctuating barometer.
  • Temporary
The pain you feel when starting a new routine to get up early. Temporary. The way you feel after heartbreak. Temporary The happiest moment of your life. Temporary. The high you get when buying something. Temporary. Our lives. Temporary. The only permanent thing in life is that life is temporary. Focus on what’s really important.
  • If I Had More Time What Would I Do?

Build assets, spend more time with family, build relationships, practice empathy, and Focus on being more accountable

While we wait for life, life passes

    – Seneca

  • Planting Seeds
Anything we invest our time into, we want to see it grow. There’s no bigger disappointment than wasted time and effort. Sure, there are lessons in failure but who deliberately wants to plant seeds and have them wither before harvest? So how do we decide what seeds to plant? It depends. What do you want to harvest 1, 3, 5, 10 years from now?
  • Question Your Value
Apart from the shell that you live in, what do you bring to the table? What is your value proposition? What values do you bring to your friendships and relationships? Not knowing or not questioning is a self-imposed ceiling that limits your potential. Blindspots are blindspots. Why wouldn’t you want to know information that can help you succeed? I couldn’t give you a reason. Question your value.
